Hi, my name is Nalin Wickramasuriya. I am a consultant paediatrician in Portsmouth, with a track record for successfully coaching doctors to perform better in their job interviews. I have helped hundreds of doctors, both for free and also commercially when I was working with the "market leader ST, consultant and GPVTS interviews" in London.
As you probably understand, being a busy clinician in the NHS with a young family, made it hard to travel up to London and share everything that I have learnt. But, I would still really like to share with you some of the secrets and principles that you need to expoit if you are not going to be left behind in the emerging rat race of our medical job market. When I was training, we were sold on the idea that we would be given a job as our deserved right. Unfortunately, those days appear to have left us and it really saddens me to think of all the bright and capable candidates that will find it harder and harder to stay or get back on to the ladder
I really don't want that to happen to you and so I have created this presentation that I would like you to learn from. You will need to turn your speakers up and have flash enabled on your computer. If you haven't got flash on your computer, then you can get it for free, by clicking on the logo below
Oops - I've stuffed up!
I have to make a confession, that I have done all the coding for this project by hand. I have struggled to integrate the payment carts that I really want to use and so can't charge the price that I originally intend to.
But it has been a real labour of love to get this course designed and I didn't want any more obstacles to prevent me from getting this information to you. So, until I get the payment cart script sorted out, I am going to release this at a really competitive price.
I have been sending things out in bits and pieces all over the internet for free access - and I am sure you could find most of them if you spent some time
"All you can eat for as long as you choose"
You could also have full access to the membership only area of this website for only £14.99 a month. In the site you will discover
All the free resources in one place The most advanced e-learning system I have seen for doctors ever where you can see visually engaging presentations explaining to you what specific strategies you need to execute in order to respond brilliantly to your interview questions. You can hear a BBC radio news reader, Ricky Salmon, explain many concepts and facts to you. Now, Ricky is an expert at communicating complex ideas across clearly - that's why I hired him. You may want to notice which aspects of his communication skills you could use to enhance the delivery of your answers in your interview. You can also interact with the e-learning course to give a kinaesthetic aspect to the audiovisual teaching style, that will really help to accelerate your learning. There will also be more videos created by me, briefing you on various NHS issues that may come up in your interview and answers to any of the questions that I get sent.
There will also be e-books to be downloaded and more courses going on, as I get around it.
14.99 for a month's access - can't be that good!
So, I think that £14.99 a month, is damn cheap, but please don't think that means the course is poor! I have kept the costs down by doing most of the web design, teaching and marketing myself. I could easily package this into a live course and charge you whatever it is that all of these companies are charging nowadays, but knowing what has happened to junior doctor's pay and study leave budgets, I have decided to pass on most of the savings to you. That said, the costs will be going up, once I get the scripts sorted out, so you may want to get on board sooner rather than later.
I really want you to learn this stuff. You may want to consider, what it might be worth to you if just one of the skills or facts you learn in this course help you to get that job. You may want to wonder what might happen if you were to decide to struggle on alone, trying to prepare to compete with other candidates. Obviously, it is your call, but I know that, if you executed the strategies in this website, then your candidacy will be taken to another level. I can't guarantee that you will get the job, but I would really like to help you be even more competitive.
What's your plan if you don't get a job?
Would you buy me lunch if were to teach you? If so, then why would you not want to learn at your pace, in your home, without having the embarassment of talking in front of your consultants or strangers at a course, before you had really got things together. I would really hate for you to struggle at an interview and let yourself down or your family down, for the sake of not wanting to learn more, but I am sure that after taking everything into consideration, you will make the right decision for you and your future.
All the best,
Nalin
